CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY
1. Mechanical Properties
These drive pins are manufactured from C-1060 steel and austempered to a core hardness of HRC 52to 56. To insure ductility, these drive pins are bend tested during Quality Control inspection to about 60 degrees.
2. Corrosion Resistance:
These drive pins are designed to be used in a non-corrosive atmosphere unless application specific corrosion testing has been performed. The standard for this drive pin is applied zinc meeting the international requirement providing an average thickness of ≥0.005 mm with no supplementary coating.
3. Shoot Test:
These drive pins received the acceptance inspection by shoot with PT-450 tool for penetrating A3 steel plate of 8mm thickness.
